I am participating in the 2011 Mommytography 365 Project!
The idea is to post an image a day, use and learn new things about my camera and photography. Anyone interested in photography can join, no need to be a Mommytographer. We have teens to adults, male and female, as well as people from all over the world.

Sunspot
My boxer has adopted this spot on the floor where the sun comes through the window...I think she believes she is a cat. :)
I loved the softness of this photo, and even liked (to an extent the shadows)...but they were too deep and you can't see her adorable face. A flash washed it out completely and took away "what I saw". Any suggestions on how to correct this?
Come join the fun! Click the button on my top left bar to find out more.
I love my Stormster!
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet pup! I love the warm light on this. . .I can almost feel it!
ReplyDeleteDoes your software allow you to lighten a photograph? I'm using Picasa, which is a free download.
ReplyDeleteIn photoshop you could adjust it to bring her out of the shadow but leave the sun.
ReplyDeleteNice shot!
Awe! Yep, photoshop! :)
ReplyDeleteI would suggest photoshop and working in layers and masks. It is a wonderful tool
ReplyDeleteThat's so sweet.
