365/55 ~ Helping Hands ~

I love that the neighbor kids enjoy visiting our home.  We have an "empty nest" now, and it's funny to me how their parents are always so concerned that they are 'intruding' or 'bothering' us.  When we want to be alone, it's easy enough to let them know that, but most times we just think they are a joy to have around.  I want so much to tell them to enjoy every moment with their children, because when they are gone, they will be missed.

The other day two of my young friends came over to help me plant some marigold in my veggie garden...they were so excited to be able to help with this simple task...

  5. How sweet that she wanted to help. This picture tells a lot about who you are also. The fact that the little girl wanted to help says so much.
