365/44 ~ Wounded ~

Because gardening is one of my passions, AND because we live in Tropical Florida, I have an abundance of tropical plants in my gardens.  These plants include 20+ pineapple plants which due to the fact that I only have "so many" sheets and towels, were not able to be covered during our freeze.  They are not dead, damaged, but not dead.  They are recovering with just a few wounds (the yellow spots)...

    I've heard pineapple plants are easy to care for. I kill anything I try to grow. Do you think I could handle pineapple??
