We went to a car show down the road...as we stepped off the motorcycle, I took the 100 steps and ended up smack dab in the middle of the parking lot... here is what I saw around me....

Loved the color...it was 'almost' pink, more like lavender.

Hubby use to have a car almost just like this when we met...he sold it because he was becoming a "family man" (I LOVE him)...I think he should get another one...don't you?  I would totally go grocery shopping a LOT more, hee hee.

365* ~ 6 ~ Sunday Assignment

Happy New Year!

The "2" is actually the "Y" in a Joy decoration I have. 
The "0" is ...well, a sand dollar.
A roman numeral clock in my hall bath and a Tinkerbell sticker make up the 1's.
I used the "Lomoish" effect in Picnik, and on 2 of the photos, I added a sepia tone.

365/100 ~ 100 Steps and 4 Directions...

We went to a field near the college with our best friends...I took 100 steps into the middle of the field and this is what I saw in 4 directions...

In the middle of the field is one single tree standing alone...

My best friends littlest one runnin' to join Aunt Kathy...I love him. :)

The gang...Hubby was flying his RC Planes...notice how the boys and girls are separated, LOL...

This group was doing a little practicing on the other side of the field with their Kite Surfing Kites...

365*95 ~ Water and Sky ~ Birthday Series and Easter Assignment

Mangroves grow along the edge of most waterways in Florida...I loved the reflection here and played a bit with softening and using B&W...

I didn't do anything to this photo, as I just loved the way it looked straight out of the camera...

As we enjoyed our meal (prepared for us on the Island)...we watched the sun go down and the moon rise...then we paddled back under the moonlight...

Spectacular!

I was very pleased with the hints of spring that I came upon.  If it wasn't for this assignment, I may not have been looking quite yet for any pineapples, but sure enough, I found three already!  Woo-Hoo!

This instrument is so special to me.  As it lays in the arms of my precious husband, he gently glides his fingers along those strings, and praises are lifted up high as our hearts are bound together in worship to the Lord...

I was having a seriuos creative block with finding a "reflection" that didn't use a mirror, lol...I looked at every puddle, fountain, and pond that I could find, but nothing was still enough, clear enough or pretty enough....

Then, as I was doing dishes, I looked down and there it was....
